Antiseptic Powder Coating specifications:

(1) TypeIt is solidified by imported high-molecular phenolic epoxy and firming agent, with excellent flexility and chemical resistance. (2) Feature  a.Quick to solidify, activated, completely solidified at 220-240/3-4min.  b.Excellent adhesion: reach class 1-2 after being boiled in 95 water for 48 hours; excellent mechanics and antiseptic performance, so applicable to field of antiseptic.   c.Flexible at high or low temperature, reinforcing steel bar can bear 3° bending under -30 (ASTMA775A).   d.Stable storage.(3) Properties  a. Specific gravity: 1.3-1.6  b. Melting point: 80-90  c. Size: 180 mesh standard sieving   d. Preheating time of workpiece: 180/10-15min    230/5-8min    250/2-4min  e. Time of firing: 220-230/3-4min(4) Scope of useWith effective prolonged service life of 20 years, the product is mainly applicable to tap water pipe, oil field piping and construction equipment. (5) Condition of storageOwing to low glass temperature, the product must be stored at ventilated, dry and clean places under 35 and not be close to fire source. In this condition, it can be stored steady for a year and a half; reinspect if out of storage period and use again if certified. (6) Points for attention  a.Avoid long-term contact to skin and powder on it shall be washed clean in time.   b.Wear dustproof gauze mask when operation so as to avoid powder breathe in.   c.Keep temperature of oven in case deviation is so large that it affects color and quality.   d.In coating devices, density of powder shall be limited at a safe range to avoid explosion.
